What is the typical itinerary offered?
You will depart for Saona or Catalina, with a snorkeling stop at the Catuano reef, swimming in the natural pool of Las Palmillas, and a break on a secluded beach. Everything is done at your own pace, in a true Caribbean paradise.
What is included in the rental (drinks, meals, snorkeling, equipment)?
The rental includes pick-up from hotels in Bayahibe and Dominicus, a professional guide, live commentary, and snacks (bananas, sandwiches, Doritos, and cake). Drinks (water, coffee, sodas, rum, and beer) are also included. Everything is provided so that you can enjoy a stress-free private day in a paradise setting, surrounded by friendly people and the rhythm of the Caribbean Sea.
Is it necessary to book in advance, and until when?
Yes, we recommend booking at least 48 to 72 hours in advance (or even more during high season). This guarantees the availability of the private catamaran for your trip to Saona Island, Dominican Republic.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the outing?
In case of bad weather, we offer to postpone the trip or provide a partial refund, depending on the conditions. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Is transportation from the hotel included, or do we need to arrange it ourselves?
Transfer between your hotel and the port is included for hotels in the Bayahibe/Dominicus area. For more distant accommodations, such as Punta Cana or La Romana, we can arrange private transportation for a fee depending on your location.
Is it suitable for children and seniors?
Yes, absolutely. We provide suitable life jackets, and the crew ensures that everyone feels confident. Even those who cannot swim can enjoy the idyllic setting without any worries.
What should you bring with you (clothes, equipment, documents)?
Bring your swimsuit, towel, biodegradable sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, waterproof camera, light clothing, and ID. These items will ensure your comfort for a day of relaxation and discovery, allowing you to fully appreciate the beauty of the sea and the soothing sound of the waves.
What is the cancellation or refund policy in case of unforeseen circumstances?
If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled departure, no fees will be charged.
Between 3 and 6 days prior, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
In case of cancellation within 2 days prior to departure, the fee is 100%.
We remain flexible if weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent you from traveling: our goal is to ensure a peaceful and hassle-free experience during your private tour in the Dominican Republic.
