In the respect of the environment, the onboard equipment operates with solar energy!

Built in 2013, this 21.5m private luxury catamaran provides spacious and secure areas suitable for all ages.

It can accommodate up to 50 people, but for added comfort, the boat is limited to 25 people during day excursions.

Crew

Our team will be delighted to welcome you on board the very comfortable Quetzal Catamaran, designed and built by the captain himself. During your excursion, feel free to sit beside Bernard at the helm and listen to his story.

Behind every booking is Joy, your dedicated contact. She’s there for you from the very first conversation, answering all your questions and organizing every detail of your excursion. You may also meet her on certain private outings or buggy tours, where she occasionally steps in as a guide with the same passion and enthusiasm.

On board the catamaran, you’ll be welcomed by Charlotte. A dynamic and caring guide, she’ll help you discover the wonders of the region throughout the day, sharing anecdotes, smiles, and her contagious energy.

Alongside them are our two Dominican sailors, Manolo and Mello, who have been part of the adventure since the catamaran’s construction. Together, the whole team is committed to making this day an unforgettable memory.

Amazing Boat Excursion!

I spent an amazing day with Captain Bernard and his crew on-board Quetzal in Dominican Republic. My boyfriend and I had a fantastic full day on-board, treated to fabulous food and drink, wonderful hospitality and amazing sightseeing. We dived and snorkelled off the boat. We fished and bathed like mermaids. We went to unspoiled exotic beaches and were exposed to extraordinary wildlife and nature at its purest. I cannot recommend this excursion more.

This was one of our best tours. The catamaran, the crew was great, they were dancing with the tourist, got everyone involved, which made for a wonderful tour. We made a stop, whoever wanted to go into the water and take pics, took the kids, which they all enjoyed. The island was great, we had a buffet luncheon, the food was very tasty. Full day tour, good fun. Santo Domingo tour is also great. If you really like to see and hear about the history of a beautiful city, it’s a must. My best part of this tour was the caves, unbelievable sight, great our guides, Would recommend this tour. Our young people all did the ATV. They had a good time, but said their best time was going to COCO BONGO. A theme club that had entertainers and events that they had never seen.

Will do again!

Fun and relaxed day of sailing

I joined Quetzal for a day trip to the stunning Saona Island. The catamaran is really spacious and comfortable and Bernard and the crew just blew my expectations away. I had a unforgettable day of relaxed sailing, swimming, snorkeling and lots of fun. I highly recommend booking with Quetzal.
